After adding subjects please enter submit button to save the sign-up form

If you want to sign-up two degree Programs, you needs to submit two(2) sign-up forms.
Example: one(1) sign-up form for BABL(SL) another sign-up for for BABL (Thai)

Before submiting the form please check your SEMESTER NUMBER is not empty.
